As Healius has a large number of shareholders (more than 12,000 shareholders as at March 2026), Healius encourages its shareholders to nominate an email address for shareholder communications. Electronic communications are received quickly, they are environmentally friendly and they save on printing and postage costs.
To the extent permitted by law, Healius sends documents to shareholders in electronic form by means of an email (where the recipient has a nominated email address) or by sending the recipient sufficient information in physical form to allow the recipient to access the document electronically unless the recipient has elected to be sent the document in physical form or elected to not be sent the document.
Shareholders are always able to access and read Healius’ meeting documentation and annual reports on the ASX market announcements platform and on Healius’ website.
