Steven Rubic was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in December 2025 and has Chaired the Board's Risk Management Committee since April 2026.
Steven has over 30 years of executive leadership in healthcare including leading large multi-site national areas of operations. He has held CEO positions at St Vincent’s and Mater Health Sydney, I-MED Radiology Network and Healthscope.
Steven is also an experienced Non-Executive Director. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of the Mater Hospitals Group and CHL's aged care business and the Deputy Chair of private equity owned InvoCare. His previous Board roles include being a Non-Executive Director of Pacific Smiles Group Limited (formerly ASX: PSQ), Chris O'Brien Lifehouse and the Garvan Institute of Medical Research.
Steven holds a Master of Business Administration (MGSM) and a Bachelor of Health Administration (UNSW). He is a Fellow of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
