Kathy Ostin

Kathy Ostin was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in December 2024. She is Chair of the Audit Committee (from March 2025) and a member of the People, Governance & Remuneration Committee.

Kathy was an Audit, Assurance and Risk Consulting Partner at KPMG from 2005 to 2017 and has extensive experience in the aged care and healthcare sectors, having established and led KPMG’s Health, Aging and Human Services audit practice from 2006 to 2018. During her 24 years with KPMG, Ms Ostin worked in Australia, the US, Asia and the UK.

Kathy’s other current listed company roles include being a Non-Executive Director of 3P Learning Limited (ASX:3PL), dusk Group Limited (ASX:DSK), Kyron Capital Group (ASX: KYN - previously ASX:ENN) and BID Corporation Ltd (JSE:BID).

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of New South Wales and is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
