
Charlie Taylor was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in March 2023. He is a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the People, Governance & Remuneration Committee.
Charlie has over 30 years’ experience in international advisory, having retired, in 2020, as a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company where he built and led the Public and Health Sector practice. He has advised many of Australia’s private and public sector healthcare organisations on topics including strategy, digital, operations and growth transformations, global expansion and supply chains, mergers and acquisitions and board governance. Charlie has initiated multi-year research efforts on healthcare, COVID response, productivity and innovation and has published research articles and reports on healthcare reform lessons from around the globe.
Charlie is also a Non-Executive Director at Cardiex Ltd (ASX:CDX), Research Australia, Woolcock Institute, Maclaughlin River Pastoral Company and AgX Global. He is a Senior Advisor at GNG Partners and recently retired as Chair of the NSW Innovation and Productivity Council. Charlie is the Honorary Federal Treasurer for the Liberal Party and a Board member on the Liberal Party Federal Executive.
Charlie holds a Bachelor of Economics (First Class) and Laws (Hons) received at the University of Sydney and a Master of Philosophy in Economics received at Cambridge University.
